You can now share instant avatars, pronunciations, media library items, custom voices and brand kits across workspaces. Previously, these assets were locked to the workspace where they were created or shared inconsistently, which meant broken drafts and duplicated uploads for teams working across multiple workspaces.
How it works:
- Open any instant avatar, pronunciation, media item, or brand kit and click Share
- Select which workspaces should have access
- The asset becomes available to collaborators in those workspaces immediately
- Custom voices will follow the same model once released

- Upload media once, use it in any workspace
