🚛 What's New: Move Drafts Between Workspaces

You can now easily move your drafts 
between different workspaces. 
 
Easily move drafts between workspaces 
Do you prefer to create videos in your own workspace, and then move them to your team's? Or perhaps, you work in multiple workspaces, and need to move drafts around? Either way, this is now possible with draft moving! 
 
How does it work? 
🎬  To move your draft, click on the "..." button
 and select "Move to workspace" 
👤  You can only move the drafts you've created
 — not other people's drafts 
👥  If you want to duplicate the draft
, or need someone else's draft — simply duplicate it in the workspace you're in, and then move the duplicated version
 
Draft moving currently works for everything in the draft, except for Instant Avatars and custom fonts. 
 
Best practices for draft moving 
This feature is useful if you prefer to work on your draft first, and then share it 
with the rest of your team. Use your personal workspace to create the draft, and move it when you're ready. 
If you prefer to keep the original version in your workspace, duplicate the draft, and then move it. 
You can also create a "Templates" workspace
 for all of your teams to use, and keep your existing video layouts there. Your teammates will be able to duplicate the needed templates
 & move them to their workspaces.
 
 
 
Important notes:
You can only move the draft if you're the one who created it. 
 If you need to move someone else's draft, simply duplicate it first. 
The draft can be moved to workspaces where you have an owner, an admin, or an editor role 
— not a viewer role. 
This feature doesn't currently support moving Instant Avatars and uploaded fonts: 
The avatar will be replaced to a default one when the draft is opened after moving, and the same goes for custom fonts.
